I was a weber fan before my Q (OTS Kettle and GA), but service like this (user issue) means if I drop $2k on a BBQ, i won't be left high and dry (or in my case cold and hungry) I agree that it's really good to get excellent service from Weber - and I have experienced this service first hand with my Q220.
